Meet Tina Gibson, President of So Savant LLC
Tina graduated from college with a dream of becoming a “Senior Head of Marketing”. Instead, she was hired as a drive-thru teller for a bank and waited for marketing to be recognized as a “real job” in the financial services industry.
Fast forward 20 years. Tina has been the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Director, and yes, even the Senior Head (also known as the VP) of Marketing and Business Development for savings and loans, banks, and credit unions. Her award-winning marketing work has been recognized nationally and she has had the honor of sharing her marketing ideas at conferences and workshops.
In 2006, Tina took her enthusiasm for marketing to the next level by founding So Savant LLC, a company that combines her passion for marketing and service. And the name? “So” stands for Shine-On, which is what she is dedicated to helping companies do. “Savant” is her maiden name and also a tribute to her Dad, who had a zest for life and a love for people. He was a Training Supervisor with the USAF and his legacy inspires her every single day.
